We all know it costs money to ship items. At INKO, we prefer to be transparent in all things and this includes shipping costs. This is why you will see a printing charge and shipping charge on your invoice.
Why do I have to pay shipping costs?
Which provider do you use to ship?
We ship with DPD predict or DHL. This is a dependable service with an easy tracking system. A day prior to delivery, you will receive a tracking link with the option to change the delivery address if needed. On the deliver day itself, you will get a message stating a precise time estimate for delivery.
What happens if I am not at the delivery address?
We understand that this can occasionally happen so we will send it out for delivery a second time for free. After that, DPD sends it back to us for safekeeping. We’ll contact you to make arrangements and we can store it up until 30 days in our warehouse.
Do you send a track and trace?
Once your order has been dispatched by our courier DPD you will receive a notification with a tracking link. This link will also be available in your account orders. And it just keeps getting better, a day before delivery you wil receive a second notification with the timeschedule of delivery.
