My account

How do I create an account?

We'll only ask you to set up an INKO account when you want to place an order - up to that point you'll be able to explore our products without an account. When you decide to save a project or place an order, you will be prompted to sign up or log on.

Signing up is easy and only takes a couple of minutes. If you'd like to create an account now, click here create account.

With an account you'll get acces to:

  • Your print orders
  • Order status
  • Design orders
  • Quote request
  • Sample pack orders
  • Credit & discounts
  • ...

How do I edit my account?

Simply login to ‘my account’ and you'll be able to make the changes you need via the account details on the right hand side of the page.

Deactivate my account

Please get in touch with our team on hello@inkopaper.com if you have any concerns about the use of your account. We'll check it out or delete your account for security purposes if you want.

Trouble accessing my account

  • If you're having trouble logging in to your account or remembering your password, you can reset your password using this link 'forgot password' and entering your email address. We'll email you with more details to reset the password. 
  • If you find you've not received the email, please bear in mind they can be filtered to your spam/junk mail, so check there. 
  • If you're still having trouble accessing your account, you can contact get in touch with our team on hello@inkopaper.com

I forgot my password

Please follow this 'forgot password' and enter your email address. We'll email you with more details.
If you find you've not received the email, please check your spam folder. Oh and make sure you remember your new password before you log out!
