My order

Order status and delays

You can check the status of your order by going to the ‘'orders'’ section of your account. We’ll tell you when your order is being processed, printed, or has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched by our courier DPD you will receive a notifications with a tracking link. This link will also be available in your account orders. And it just keeps getting better, a day before delivery you wil receive a second notification with the timeschedule of delivery.

Can I check my order status?

Yes. You can check the status of your order by going to the orders section of my account. We'll tell you when your order is being processed, printed, or has been shipped.

Do you check my files before printing?

Yes. An INKO expert checks if everything looks good before we print.

This includes sizing, formats and bleed zones. We’ll also make sure that the available colors are set correctly and that design elements that need special foils and spot colors and varnishes are good-to-go as well. If something isn’t right, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible. Of course, we recommend that you check your files carefully before sending them to us.
